D E C K  M O U N T S

Deck Mounts
Available for all our bell sizes.

Our deck stands are manufactured and assembled at our facility from solid cast components. These components can be chrome plated or left in a polished metal condition. Alternatively the same mounts can be provided in polished stainless steel. The bases on our stands are separate from the hoop and have a machined section to them that accepts the hoop. The parts are attached by means of a quick release pin. This is done so that the entire bell assembly can be easily removed from the deck if necessary. The bases are attached to the deck using #10 oval head tapping screws provided. Please let us know if under deck access is possible in your application, as well as the deck thickness since through bolting is the preferred method of installation. We will provide the necessary machine bolts, nuts and washers for the installation as often bronze or well polished stainless hardware is difficult to come by.

Deck camber and pitch is also another important consideration. Our deck stands are built for flat installation. If your boat has a significant amount of deck camber (athwartships) or pitch (fore and aft) teak or white Starboard shims can be made for the stand so that the entire assembly stands straight as it is meant to. Please let us know at the time of your order and we can help you to determine the necessary measurements. Stands are available in bronze, chrome plated bronze or polished stainless steel for all of our bell sizes.
